Easy Card Designer

I would like to take this occasion to recommend the products and services of Easy Card Designer/Color Card Administrator. We were looking for a business card printer that could handle the more complicated, or full bleed card printing that we couldn’t do in house and these folks fit the bill perfectly.

I met these folks at the 2008 Postal Annex convention. For a nominal fee (which was credited back with my first order), they sent me their catalog of business card designs and fonts. There are HUNDREDS of them. They set us up with a log on to their website and we participated in telephone training on how to use their service. It was very quick and very easy. Re-orders are a breeze.

We have done 3 types of orders with ECD. First, customer walked in looking for very particular, professional looking cards. She provided their logo (a major telephone carrier) and card contents. We emailed to ECD. We had a proof in about 30 minutes. Customer approved the proof. Printing was completed and card shipped to me for delivery. Total time from order to delivery was 5 business days. The quality of the printing and paper is excellent. Customer was very happy.

Another example, customer logged on to my PA website which had a link to ECD. She put together her own order. I received email from ECD that I had an order had come through. They would inform me of print and delivery time. I received notice order had shipped. Result? Customer received cards in about 5 business days. ECD did all of the work. I read a couple of emails and made money. What could be better?

ECD also can handle high volume custom orders as well. Last fall, we received a call from Nike Headquarters, here in Portland, about handling sales team cards for all of their national dealers. Nike forwarded the design and all of the dealer logos along with sales rep information to me. Working with Jason and Gayle at CCA, they were able to complete the card design and, set up print and delivery logistics for 6 Nike dealers and over 200 sales people. The initial orders, over a 3 month period, came to over $13,000 in sales for my store. Since then, the Nike dealers order all of the cards for new sales reps and continue reorders for the existing ones.

I’m a hard guy to impress. These people have earned my highest esteem. I can highly recommend ECD/CCA for all of your custom business card printing needs

Steve Monroe was great to work with in getting my account set up and Jason and Gayle are always exceptional in responding to my orders or when I have a change to an order or in setting up new locations for my largest customer. Both also worked diligently with me to get the colors just right on the template for this customer.

I am also very pleased with the ease of placing new orders and re-orders through the CCA/ECD website. Navigation through the site flows smoothly and is convenient for me or my customer to quickly place orders. The shipping notifications are an additional service I find beneficial as they help me know when I can invoice my customer. I forward the notices to the customer contact and she is totally confident that the order has been handled as desired.

I have no reservations about sharing my recommendation of Color Card Administrator – Easy Card Designer as the printer of choice for premium business cards.
